The building in the foreground carries just above its entry, visible at the front, the words Poduzece Marmora
(Produzege
Mermer?), which means the same as marble-production. Perhaps there were made tiles out of the material, which were hewed in the nearby quarry. Mainly the area consists of 3 Buildings in a row. The forward part of the building visible aft/right contains large ovens, obviously for drying reasons. |
